Benefits of Ownership

Benefits of Ownership

Property Value:
Bali is by far one of the fastest growing property markets in terms of value in Indonesia. I have worked in Bali for the last 15 years and have seen property triple and quadruple in the last 5 years, there is a huge demand on property, Bali is the most sought after Island destination in the Archipelago and there is also an ever growing population of wealthy Indonesians looking to invest on the island.
Plantation Harvest:
Typically the entire plantation, once ready for harvest is bid on by multiple buyers, either representing wood processors or agents selling to processors. Payment is by LC, Bank Draft or Cash prior to harvest. One can get an independent valuation of the harvest, available through Indonesian Forestry Dept.
The expectation is to harvest 14,000 trees from the plantation, currently we have around 15,000 trees. Some trees will be removed to maximize growth for the rest of the plantation.
Estimated Harvest value: $550,000

Other Income Option - Intercropping Coffee.

The elevation and climate makes the location of the plantation ideal for Arabica coffee growing and this intercrop is harvested 6 months of the year, it’s a cash crop and Bali coffee is well respected by importing agents throughout the world. In the recent past, most of Bali’s Arabica coffee was exported exclusively to Japan, only now as plantations have increased and farming yields improved is this coffee available to Western buyers. Coffee trees start to yield 3 years after planting.
